If you qualify for a loan modification, USHB will start the process on your loan modification.
ITEMS NEEDED TO START YOUR FILE:
• Most recent mortgage statement/s
• Loan package paperwork (This will be a big file of papers that you received the day of your signing at the escrow office)
ITEMS NEEDED TO START YOUR PROCESS:
• Letter of hardship (This can be a short letter just stating a hardship such as lost hours, no overtime, loss of job…..)
• 2 months bank statements (or 60 day printout from the bank)
• 2 months pay stubs from all borrowers
• 2 years tax returns. All pages, schedules, W-2’s (or a copy of extension)
• Completed financial statement (USHB can provide this form)
